Cameron James Professional Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Mortgage Administrator / Mortgage Admin on behalf of a highly successful and growing financial services organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional Mortgage Administrator seeking remote working flexibility combined with genuine career progression and long-term stability.
Applicants must live within 2 hours commute of Reading and be available to attend quarterly team meetings and training sessions.
The Role:
*Manage the full mortgage administration process from application to completion
*Support mortgage brokers and advisers
*Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and clients
*Upload documents to lender portals
*Maintain CRM systems and pipeline updates
*Deliver excellent customer service
Salary & Benefits:
*Starting salary £25,000
*£26,000 after probation
*Structured progression to £28,500
*Uncapped bonus and commission opportunities
*Full remote working
*Monday to Friday hours

Requirements:
*Previous Mortgage Administrator or Mortgage Admin experience essential
*Strong mortgage process and compliance knowledge
*Excellent attention to detail
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Experience using lender portals, CRM systems, Teams, and Excel
*Ability to work independently within a remote environment
