Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe are looking for an experienced Freelance Site Supervisor to oversee a commercial refurbishment project in Colne for a 7-week duration to start on Monday 8 June.
Key Responsibilities:
*Managing and coordinating multiple trades on site
*Supervising approximately 10-12 operatives at any one time
*Ensuring all Health & Safety regulations and site procedures are adhered to
*Monitoring progress and ensuring project programme dates and milestones are achieved
*Maintaining site standards, productivity, and communication with management teams
Requirements:
*Proven experience supervising commercial refurbishment projects
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Ability to manage multiple subcontractors/trades efficiently
*Solid understanding of Health & Safety compliance on live sites
*SMSTS, CSCS card, First Aid At Work
