Full job descriptionBaltic Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with a leading global automotive manufacturer based in Sunderland. Due to continued growth and exciting new projects, we are seeking Production Operatives to join a high-performing and supportive team.
This is a full-time, long-term opportunity offering a clear pathway to a permanent contract after just 6 months.

The Role
· Operate production machinery (robotic welders, presses, grinders)
· Load materials into welding equipment and jigs
· Carry out quality inspections
· Follow work instructions and meet production targets
· Complete production documentation
· Maintain a clean and safe workspace
What We’re Looking For
· Previous production or manufacturing experience (preferred but not essential)
· Strong attention to detail
· Reliable and team-oriented
· Flexible for rotating shifts
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Working Hours
20 hours per week
Monday to Friday
*Day Shift: 7:00am - 11:00am
*Day Shift: 11:00am - 3:00pm
*Back Shift: 3:10pm - 7:10pm
*Back Shift: 7:10pm - 11:10pm
