Your new role
You will join on an initial 3-month contract starting immediately, taking ownership of the monthly management accounts process. Responsibilities will include preparing accounts ready for review, ensuring accuracy and completeness across all reporting areas.
Key duties include:

Preparing monthly management accounts to trial balance
Producing income statements with full supporting analysis
Managing fixed assets, prepayments, accruals, revenue, and expense postings
Completing balance sheet reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
Liaising with stakeholders to obtain key financial information
Escalating issues proactively to ensure deadlines are met
What you’ll need to succeed
Proven experience in management accounts preparation end-to-endStrong understanding of month-end processes and balance sheet control
Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively
Proactive mindset, with good judgement on when to escalate issues
Professional, presentable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
