Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated History Teacher seeking a permanent teaching opportunity from September 2026?
A welcoming and ambitious secondary school in Enfield is looking to appoint a passionate History Teacher to join their successful Humanities department on a full-time, permanent basis.
This opportunity is ideal for both experienced teachers and ECTs looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking school.
The Role:
Teaching History across KS3 and KS4
Delivering engaging, well-structured, and differentiated lessons
Inspiring students to develop critical thinking and a passion for History
Assessing, monitoring, and supporting student progress
Contributing positively to the wider Humanities department and school community
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
UK QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
A degree related to History
Strong classroom management and communication skills
A passion for education and student achievement
The ability to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment
