The RoleAs a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will:
*Manage the end-to-end hiring process for roles across the business
*Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements
*Source, screen, and interview candidates
*Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the process
*Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs
*Track activity and work towards clear performance goals
