Description
In this Head of Finance position based in Leeds, you’ll be responsible for;


*Leading the preparation and presentation of monthly management information and board reporting, delivering clear insights and recommendations
*Taking ownership of cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and working capital optimisation across the group
*Providing strategic financial support to directors, including decision-making on investments, growth initiatives, and capital deployment
*Delivering robust financial analysis (budgets, forecasts, variance and ratio analysis) to enhance business performance
*Supporting acquisition activity and growth opportunities, including financial modelling, due diligence, and post-deal performance tracking
*Overseeing and develop the finance function, ensuring strong controls, efficient processes, and continuous improvement


Profile
We’re looking for:
*Relevant qualifications in finance, accounting, or a related field (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
*Proven experience in a senior finance role within the property industry or a high growth environment.
*Strong technical knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
*Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a finance team.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on detail and accuracy.
*Effective communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
*A proactive approach to driving improvements and delivering results.
Job Offer
*Salary between £60,000 to £70,000.
