Job Description:
Package: £27K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (£45K OTE Year 1)
Founded in 2018, our client has quickly become a standout player in a connecting tech talent with hedge funds and trading firms across the UK and US.
Every one of the Team Leads began their career as graduates just 2–3 years ago, proving that ambition and drive are all you need to thrive there. Since the business launched, eight of the team have earned over £100,000 in a single pay cheque which is a testament to both their market-leading commission model and the opportunities their lucrative market presents.
You’ll be trained directly by the two Founders who are have years of experience and a proven track record of helping graduates succeed.

The Role:
*Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
*Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
*Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
*Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
*Managing your candidate database.
*Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.
The Requirements:
No previous experience is required – full training is provided. What we’re looking for is potential, drive, and the right mindset:
*A recent graduate
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*A proactive attitude and strong work ethic
*Confidence, resilience, and a willingness to learn
*Ambition to grow into a high-performing consultant
