The OpportunityJoin a premier international developer and investor managing a prestigious US$5-7bn asset portfolio. We are seeking a high-caliber Quantity Surveyor to relocate to the Cayman Islands and play a pivotal role in delivering world-class, large-scale developments.

Key RequirementsWe are looking for a commercially astute professional with a proven track record in the international arena.
*Qualifications: Degree in Quantity Surveying; MRICS status is highly preferred.
*Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE).
*Project History: Extensive experience in the development of mixed-use hospitality or commercial projects valued at US$60M+.
*Software Proficiency: Hands-on expertise with PMWeb, On-Screen Take-Off, and/or CostX.
*Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and mathematical skills, with the ability to navigate complex commercial landscapes both independently and within a team.
Role Responsibilities*Manage commercial aspects of major international developments from inception to completion.
*Utilize advanced estimating software to ensure precision in cost planning and reporting.
*Collaborate with the broader project team to maintain rigorous timelines and budgets.
*Lead negotiations with external vendors and contractors to maximize asset value.
