We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy and growing manufacturing company.
This is a hands-on role working within a fast-paced production environment, ideal for someone with previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, or powder coating experience.
Duties will include:
*Operating production machinery and equipment
*Manufacturing custom products to specification
*Powder coating products and preparing items for finishing
*Measuring, cutting, and preparing materials
*Packing finished goods ready for dispatch
*Carrying out quality checks throughout production
*Loading and unloading materials and stock
*Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
*Supporting the wider production and warehouse team as required
The ideal candidate will:
*Have previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, or powder coating experience
*Be physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties
*Have a good work ethic and reliable attendance
*Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
*Have good attention to detail and take pride in their work
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a long-term position with consistent daytime hours.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
This will start as a temporary contract with the view to go permanent after successful probation period.
