We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our busy warehouse operation. This is a hands-on role, supporting day-to-day warehouse activities while leading a small team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.


Working Hours:
08:00 – 16:00
30-minute unpaid break


Key Responsibilities:


*Leading and supporting a team of warehouse operatives
*Overseeing daily warehouse activities to ensure productivity targets are met
*Allocating tasks and monitoring performance
*Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times
*Supporting loading, unloading, and stock movement where required
*Assisting with general warehouse duties and problem solving on shift

Requirements:


*Previous experience in a warehouse leadership or supervisory role
*Ideally hold a valid FLT (Forklift Truck) licence or be willing to be trained
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Ability to lead by example and motivate a team
*Reliable, proactive, and able to work under pressure
