Job Description:
Full job descriptionKenneth Brian Associates are seeking a professional and proactive Office Manager to support the smooth day-to-day running of a busy office environment.
This is a varied role combining front-of-house duties with office administration, facilities coordination, and general office management responsibilities.
Duties will include:
*Meeting and greeting visitors
*Managing incoming calls and general enquiries
*Coordinating post, deliveries, and office supplies
*Supporting meeting room bookings and setup
*Liaising with external contractors and suppliers
*Monitoring office maintenance and workplace standards
*General administration and office support duties
*Supporting health & safety procedures across the office
The ideal candidate will have:
*Minimum 1–2 years’ experience within office management, reception, or office administration
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*A professional and approachable manner
*Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
*The ability to multitask and work independently
