Join a leading independent technology and services provider as a Technician 3
Job Overview:
*Role: Technician 3
*Location: Andover
*Contract: 8thJune - 9th July’26
*Pay Rates:
*Umbrella Rate: £25.75/hour (via a Hays approved umbrella company).
*PAYE Basic Rate: £19.85/hour
*Hours: 37.5 hours a week. Monday - Friday.
*Time: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
*Engineers to support Project Manager on-site for Project Vespa - Win 11 Laptop Refresh, will be required to deploy new devices and help users with any issues.
*Perform device refresh activity including install, power-on and basic validation in line with the agreed delivery model.
*Support users during onboarding, resolving issues to get them operational at point of handover
*Rebuild or reconfigure devices that fail or malfunction during onboarding using provided tools.
*Support clinic and site-based delivery models, working to scheduled slots and throughput targets.
*Work as part of a delivery team to meet planned throughput and site-level targets
*Must have SC Clearance.
