Reed Further Education are seeking talented Motor Vehicle Lecturers to join one of our partner Outstanding Colleges in the Lancashire area. This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate, student-focused professionals looking to make a real impact in Further Education.
About the RoleYou will deliver engaging and high-quality teaching across a range of Motor Vehicle programmes, from Entry Level through to Level 3.
Depending on your experience, you may also play a key role in:
*Developing and enhancing the Motor Vehicle curriculum
*Building strong employer partnerships
*Supporting learners into meaningful industry placements
This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic Construction & Motor Vehicle department, committed to student success and industry excellence.
What We’re Looking ForWe welcome applications from candidates who have:
*Experience teaching in Motor Vehicle or a related subject area
*A recognised teaching qualification (minimum Level 3)
*A relevant degree or industry-recognised professional qualification
*GCSE Grade C/4 (or equivalent) in Maths and English
Salary & Benefits*Salary up to £41,937 per annum (dependent on experience)
*£4,000 market premium payment for candidates with relevant industry experience
