About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the possibility of teaching at Key Stage 5. You will contribute to the continued development of a rigorous and engaging geography curriculum that enables all students to develop a deep understanding of the world around them and achieve their full potential.

*Is a passionate and reflective practitioner with strong subject knowledge in Geography
*Has high expectations of student behaviour and achievement
*Is committed to delivering excellent teaching and raising student outcomes
*Demonstrates strong classroom management and organisational skills

Key Responsibilities
*Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that meet the needs of all learners
*Monitor and assess student progress, providing clear and constructive feedback
*Contribute to the development of schemes of work and departmental resources
*Promote geographical enquiry, critical thinking, and fieldwork opportunities where appropriate
*Support enrichment, intervention, and extracurricular opportunities
