What we are looking forWe are in search of a technically adept and customer-focused candidate with a passion for luxury cars :
*Demonstrable experience as a Technician within the automotive industry, preferably Mercedes-Benz

*Advanced knowledge in automotive systems, diagnostics, and first-time repair

*Commitment to providing exceptional customer service

*Relevant automotive technician qualifications

*A full, clean UK Driving Licence

Key Responsibilities*Conducting thorough diagnostics to identify vehicle issues

*Performing maintenance and repair work according to Mercedes-Benz standards

*Providing detailed reports and recommendations post-assessment

*Demonstrates strong communication skills with team and customers

*Stays updated with the latest automotive technology and systems

Required Qualifications and Skills*Level 3 NVQ or equivalent formal qualifications in automotive engineering

*Certificated for 3 years at a diagnostic/systems technician role

*Able to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills

*Ability to work as part of a team and independently

This is a permanent, full-time position - 40 hours per week across 4 or 5 days,
with occasional Saturdays on a rota basis.
