Job Description:
Full job descriptionRobert Half are recruiting for a commercially focused Management Accountant to join a growing business in South Leeds.
Responsibilities:
*Own the full month-end process - P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
*Deliver clear, insightful variance analysis and commentary
*Manage accruals, prepayments and balance sheet integrity
*Maintain fixed asset register and oversee capex tracking
*Support budgeting and forecasting cycles
*Assist with audit, VAT returns, payroll and commissions
*Identify and drive process improvements across finance
Requirements:
*Part-qualified / qualified (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
*Strong technical grounding in management accounts
*Experience in analysis, reporting and business partnering
*Advanced Excel and confident with finance systems
*Commercially minded, proactive and detail-focused
