Portfolio Payroll are currently working with a Manufacturer based in Warrington who are looking for a Payroll Advisor to join them on a Permanent basis.
Key Duties/Tasks:
*To provide comprehensive advice to customers and directors in relation to payroll queries
*Support the processing and running of the end to end weekly payroll
*Support the busy payroll department high volume starters and leavers
*Ensuring current payroll legislation knowledge is up to date and in line with HMRC, with procedures updated accordingly.
*Strong Excel
The role:
*Payroll Advisor to process a weekly payroll from start to finish across multiple sites
*Set up and pay new starters
*Process leavers and applicable termination payments
*Calculate Redundancy payments
*Calculate and pay SMP, SPP, SSP and sick pay
*Deal with payroll queries
