Your Role:
* Advise family members, care providers and professionals on Court of Protection matters under the Mental Capacity Act
*Support vulnerable adults, children and elderly clients
*Manage financial affairs, health & welfare, deputyships and trustee matters
*Visit clients in care settings and at home if required
What You will need:
*To be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3 years PQE
*Experience handling court of protection matters
*Candidate with more general private client experience to include Court of protection are very welcome to apply
