Our client are a well-known organisation based in Milton Keynes looking to add Facilities Manager to run their asset portfolio.
Description
*Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of all facilities across the portfolio
*Manage and monitor hard and soft services, including cleaning, security, maintenance, and building systems
*Lead on health & safety compliance, ensuring adherence to all statutory regulations
*Manage supplier performance, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs)
*Develop and manage annual facilities budgets, including cost control and reporting
*Coordinate planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works
*Support workplace improvement initiatives and projects
*Ensure high levels of customer service and stakeholder satisfaction
*Lead on sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives where applicable
*Maintain accurate facilities documentation and compliance records


Profile
A successful Facilities Manager should have:
*Strong knowledge of facilities management principles and practices within the business services industry.
*Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
*Experience in contract negotiation and vendor management.
*Familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
*Excellent leadership and team management skills.
