Monday - Friday
8:30AM - 5PM

What you’ll be doing:
• Respond to customer enquiries with accurate, timely information
• Handle inbound sales and make outbound calls to both new and existing customers
• Process customer orders with 100% accuracy
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure customers receive the right products on time
• Process purchase orders and liaise with our logistics team to coordinate deliveries
• Advise customers on the most suitable products for their needs and specifications
