Your new role
*Carrying out a wide range of plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations
*Working on reactive and planned maintenance within social housing properties
*Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently
*Completing general multi-trade tasks where required (e.g., minor tiling, patch plastering, basic joinery)
*Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety standards
*Providing a professional and courteous service when interacting with tenants
*Maintaining accurate records of work completed
What you’ll need to succeed
*NVQ in Plumbing or an equivalent apprenticeship
*Substantial previous experience in domestic plumbing, ideally in social housing.
*A full UK manual driving licence
*You should be confident using power tools and handling IT-based job management systems.
