£40,000 – £45,000 + Benefits
Monday – Friday | 8:30am – 5:30pm
Quinn Quest Talent are recruiting for an experienced Production Manager to join a leading print and packaging business operating within digital print and automated finishing.
*This is a hands-on leadership role focused on production performance, quality, automation, efficiency and continuous improvement.
About the Print Production Manager role:
*Lead digital print and automated finishing operations
*Manage production teams, KPIs, workflow and staffing
*Drive efficiency, quality and waste reduction initiatives
*Oversee UV varnishing, lamination and automated finishing processes
*Monitor machine performance, downtime and maintenance
*Ensure OTIF, quality and production targets are achieved
*Champion lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
Production Manager Requirements
*Strong Digital Print production experience
*Previous Production Management or Supervisory experience
*Experience managing teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
*Knowledge of automated finishing, UV varnishing or lamination
*Strong leadership, planning and communication skills
*Lean manufacturing / continuous improvement mindset
