About the RoleWinner Recruitment have partnered with a forward thinking manufactuing business and we are recruiting for multiple Labourer/Fitters
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a mechanical background or manufactuing exprience
*Assemble and build machinery from engineering drawings
*Fit mechanical components including bearings, motors, gearboxes, shafts, and rollers
*Install hydraulic and pneumatic systems
*Carry out mechanical fault finding and repairs
*Test and inspect machinery to ensure safe and efficient operation
*Use hand tools, power tools, and workshop equipment safely
*Support machinery installation and commissioning when required
*Work closely with fabrication and engineering teams
*Maintain high standards of quality and health & safety
Requirements*Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
*Experience working with industrial machinery
*Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics preferred
*Welding or fabrication experience beneficial
*Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
