About the roleSenior Product Manager role within a Series A life sciences startup building data-driven products that support faster, more informed drug discovery. The focus of the role is strengthening product foundations, defining a clear roadmap and helping scale the product capability as the business moves towards go-to-market.
This role suits an experienced Product Manager who enjoys taking ownership, bringing structure where there’s ambiguity, and mentoring less experienced PMs without needing line management responsibility.
What you’ll be doing*Owning product strategy and roadmap, aligned to business goals
*Improving product foundations, processes and ways of working
*Translating customer needs into clear, actionable product direction
*Working closely with engineering, data science and commercial teams
*Supporting the development of new products and analytical tools
*Helping take products towards go-to-market readiness
*Acting as a senior product voice within a fast-growing startup
What we’re looking for*Strong experience across the full product lifecycle
*Proven ability to define and execute product strategy and roadmaps
*Experience scaling or maturing a product function
*Comfortable working with complex, data-heavy technology
*Go-to-market experience is highly valued
*Life sciences experience is beneficial, but not essential
*5-10+ years’ product fexperience
