TSR Legal are proud to be working with a well established law firm in Bristol who are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their busy and supportive residential property team.

The Role
You will support fee earners on a broad range of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring matters progress efficiently while delivering exceptional client care.
Responsibilities
*Assisting with residential conveyancing transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
*Managing files under supervision from inception to post-completion
*Drafting legal documents and correspondence
*Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors
*Conducting searches and Land Registry applications
*Maintaining accurate case management records
*Providing a high standard of client service throughout the transaction process
Requirements
*Previous experience working within residential conveyancing
*Strong organisational and administrative skills
*Excellent communication and client care abilities
*Ability to manage a busy workload effectively
*Familiarity with case management systems
*A proactive and team-oriented approach
