We are looking for an Integration & Automation Manager to join our Technology & Sustainability EF team in Leavesden, Watford.
What you’ll do:
*Provide technical expertise and experience in developing, managing and continuously improving one or more integration and automation services; be an active hands-on technical delivery resource and manage delivery from expert service partners managing to contract, demand, measures.
*Maintain the integration and automation vision and strategy. Manage a product road map of new features and functions to be included in the service offering.
*Be responsible for creating and communicating Integration and Automation investment proposals following standard IT methods and processes.
*Manage a specialist IT Automation Engineer to deliver (design, build, release and transition) integration and automation services. Primarily focused on consuming APIs (business service, composable APIs, business capability APIs) that when combined deliver business process automation.
What you’ll bring to the role:
*A background of technical experience in delivering quantifiable business outcomes using Integration and Automation Services.
*Azure API Management experience.
*Excellent Communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels in the Business.
*Experience in Vendor, Contract and Process Ownership including continuous improvement, training, measurement.
*An understanding of IT service delivery models and basic project management experience.
