Accomplish Today’s client is seeking a driven and commercially focused Business Development Executive to join a high-performing internal sales team within a leading umbrella payroll organisation.
This is a pure outbound sales role, engaging with an existing contractor base to reactivate relationships, generate revenue, and deliver a professional, consultative sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
*Conduct high volume outbound calls to existing and lapsed contractors
*Re engage contractors and convert them into active employment
*Identify and close revenue-generating opportunities
*Manage a structured personal sales pipeline from initial contact to close
*Maintain consistent activity, conversion, and revenue performance
*Record all activity accurately within internal systems
Skills and Experience Required
*Proven success in an outbound sales, telesales, or internal sales role
*Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
*Confident communicator with strong influencing and closing skills
*Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven
*Organised with the ability to manage multiple opportunities
