We are seeking an enthusiastic Secondary SEN Teacher to join a supportive and forward-thinking school in Thrapston, working with students across Key Stage 3 & 4 with additional learning, behavioural, and emotional needs.

Role Details*Role: Secondary SEN Teacher
*Location: Thrapston
*Contract: Full-time, Permanent
*Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm
*Setting: On-site, SEN & Alternative Provision
Key Responsibilities*Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual student needs
*Support pupils with SEN, SEMH, and additional behavioural needs
*Create a safe, positive, and structured learning environment
*Encourage student progress, wellbeing, and independence
*Work collaboratively with support staff, SENCO, and wider school teams
*Promote positive behaviour and strong student relationships
Requirements*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Experience or strong interest in SEN, SEMH, or Alternative Provision
*Strong behaviour management and communication skills
*Patient, adaptable, and compassionate approach to teaching
*Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
