MS Purview Specialist - Contract£500-£600 per day | Outside IR35 | 3 months | 2 days onsite (Watford)
We’re looking for a hands-on Microsoft Purview specialist to stand up data governance across a live Fabric platform.
This is a practical role focused on ownership, definitions, access control, and PII governance, working closely with both tech and business stakeholders.
What you’ll do:*Configure and roll out Microsoft Purview
*Implement a fit-for-purpose data governance framework
*Define data ownership, glossary, and key metrics
*Support classification, labelling, and access control
*Ensure PII governance aligned to GDPR
*Embed governance into day-to-day delivery
What we need:*Strong hands-on Purview experience (essential)
*Proven data governance delivery in live environments
*Experience handling PII / GDPR
*Confident working with stakeholders to drive alignment and adoption
*Solid understanding of Fabric / Azure data platforms
