Project: 130-bed hotel fit-out
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the next phase of a major hotel fit-out in Leeds. This is a 12-month contract overseeing a 130-bed development, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and programme delivery.
Key Responsibilities
*Oversee day-to-day site operations during Phase 2 of the hotel fit-out
*Manage subcontractors, site logistics, and programme milestones
*Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and temporary works requirements
*Coordinate structural elements and temporary works
*Maintain strong communication with project teams and stakeholders
We’re looking for someone with a solid background in:
*Residential construction
*Hotel fit-outs
*Temporary works & structural knowledge
You’ll be confident running a busy site, managing multiple trades, and maintaining high standards throughout.
