An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Design Engineer to join a growing and ambitious business in Gloucester. Ideally, you will have Solidworks experience.
This role involves producing high-quality CAD drawings and models for special purpose equipment, supporting projects from concept through to installation.
Key Responsibilities
*Producing GA drawings, P&ID schematics and production drawings
*Creating BoMs and as-built documentation
*Managing SolidWorks CAD tasks and parts libraries
*Supporting engineering change requests and improvement projects
*Liaising with suppliers and internal teams
About You
*Experience designing mechanical and electrical equipment.
*SolidWorks CAD experience essential
*Strong attention to detail and communication skills
