Description
*Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports to support decision-making processes.
*Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities, ensuring alignment with company goals.
*Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying variances and recommending improvements.
*Assist in the month-end and year-end financial close processes.
*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
*Provide insights and recommendations to improve cost-efficiency and profitability.
*Support external audits and liaise with auditors as required.
*Contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
*A relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
*Strong technical skills in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
*Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
