We’re partnering with a forward-thinking and growing accountancy firm in Coventry that’s looking to appoint a Client Team Manager to support their continued expansion.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced practice professional ready to step into a leadership role, managing a team while maintaining a hands-on approach with clients.
The Role
*Managing a portfolio of clients and acting as a key point of contact
*Leading, motivating, and developing a team to deliver high-quality work
*Allocating work, managing workflows, and ensuring deadlines are met
*Reviewing work to ensure accuracy and compliance with firm standards
*Supporting budgeting, job profitability, and performance tracking
*Conducting regular 1-2-1s, appraisals, and coaching team members
*Getting involved in client work where required
About You
*ACA / ACCA part-qualified (or equivalent)
*Proven experience within an accountancy practice
*Strong knowledge of accounts, corporation tax, and personal tax
*Confident managing client relationships and leading meetings
*Previous mentoring or team leadership experience
*Organised, detail-focused, and commercially aware
*A proactive, solutions-driven mindset
