Profile
The Head of People requires;
*Strong generalist HR experience within a multi-site environment (retail, hospitality or similar)
*Confidence operating at both strategic and operational levels
*Solid employee relations expertise and sound knowledge of UK employment law
*The ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
*A pragmatic, hands-on approach with a focus on delivery
