About the RoleWe are looking for reliable and hardworking Labourers to join our construction teams across Oxfordshire and Wiltshire. This role involves supporting site operations, assisting tradespeople, and ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Prepare and maintain work areas, including clearing debris and setting up equipment.
*Load, unload, and move materials safely around the site.
*Assist skilled tradespeople with basic tasks and tool handling.
*Mix and prepare building materials such as concrete and mortar.
*Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision.
*Follow health and safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
*Maintain cleanliness and remove hazards on site

Requirements
*Previous experience as a labourer or in a similar role (preferred but not essential).
*Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks.
*Basic understanding of construction processes and tools.
*Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
*Valid CSCS card (essential for most sites).
*Commitment to health and safety standards.
