*Hours: Full time
*Location: Northampton
We are working with a fantastic school who are looking for a class teacher to join their lovely welcoming team from September 2026, in Northampton.
The school is a two form entry school that provides students with an engaging and inclusive curriculum to be succesful and independent learners. There are links to extra curricular activities and experiences so all children will be able to make progress not only academically but socially and emotionally and achieve beyond the classroom.
The school has a welcoming team who are supportive and there is an opportunity to develop your career through weekly training and CPD opportunities.
The role would be initially as a planning role so you would be paid to scale, however there is flexibility for this to be a non-planning role for the right candidate so please get in touch if you feel this could be suitable for you.
You will need:
*Qualified teacher status
*Experience working in a primary setting
*Knowledge and understanding of the importance of safeguarding
*Strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessments that go alongside this
*Ability to work as part of a team and working alongside and manage a TA
The role could be a permanent role for the right person.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
