Our client is seeking a motivated Civil Litigation Lawyer to join its growing Dispute Resolution team.

The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of civil and commercial disputes including:
*Shareholder and partnership disputes
*Breach of contract claims
*Property and ToLATA disputes
*Boundary/neighbour disputes
*Defamation, harassment and nuisance claims
*Will and inheritance disputes
*Professional negligence
*Debt recovery, possession and insolvency matters
Responsibilities include:
*Managing files from instruction to resolution
*Drafting pleadings, witness statements and settlement agreements
*Advising clients on litigation and ADR strategies
*Ensuring CPR compliance and meeting court deadlines
*Attending hearings where appropriate
*Building strong client relationships and supporting business development
The Person
You will be:
*A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive/CILEX Lawyer
*Experienced in litigation with strong CPR knowledge
*Organised, client-focused and commercially aware
*A strong communicator with excellent drafting skills
