Location: Birmingham
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000
A leading national professional services firm is seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to join its Birmingham office. This role focuses on advising entrepreneurial, privately owned, and private equity-backed businesses on a mix of compliance and advisory tax matters.
You will work closely with dynamic, fast-growing clients, supporting them through expansion, restructuring, and succession planning while building long-term trusted adviser relationships.
The Role*Advise a varied portfolio of entrepreneurial and PE-backed businesses on corporate tax matters
*Deliver both compliance and advisory projects across UK corporate tax issues
*Lead client meetings and manage day-to-day client relationships
*Provide high-quality technical tax advice within deadlines
*Support and mentor junior team members
*Work closely with wider specialist tax teams to deliver integrated solutions
*Contribute to business development and assist with proposals and pitches
Requirements*CTA / ACA / ACCA qualified or equivalent
*Strong UK corporate tax experience in a professional services environment
*Experience managing client portfolios and reviewing junior staff work
*Confident client-facing skills and commercial awareness
*Exposure to business development activity preferred
