Full job descriptionKey Responsibilities*Provide high-quality classroom support across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, as required

*Deliver small-group and 1:1 interventions to accelerate progress

*Assist teachers in planning and adapting learning activities to meet individual needs

*Support pupils with SEND and those requiring additional pastoral or behavioural support

*Contribute to the creation of a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment

*Promote positive behaviour and model the school’s values at all times

*Support assessment by observing, recording, and feeding back on pupil progress

*Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals

*Assist with supervision during breaktimes, lunchtime, or school activities when required

We Are Looking For Someone Who:*Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

*Has experience supporting pupils across primary age ranges

*Demonstrates strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills

*Is patient, nurturing, and committed to inclusive practice

*Is confident supporting pupils with SEND, including those with speech and language, SEMH, autism, or learning needs

*Can use initiative and remain calm under pressure

*Is enthusiastic about contributing to whole-school life
