Specialising in residential conveyancing, the firm handles a broad range of high-quality transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build properties, shared ownership matters, luxury homes, and central London apartments. With a strong focus on client care and innovation, the team combines legal expertise with market-leading technology to deliver an exceptional client experience.
The Role
The successful candidate will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including:
*Sales and purchases
*Freehold and leasehold transactions
*New build properties
*Shared ownership matters
This position is based within the firm’s Bristol office and would suit an experienced conveyancer looking to join a forward-thinking and ambitious team.
About You
Applications are welcomed from experienced Conveyancing Executives, Licensed Conveyancers, CILEX Lawyers, and Solicitors.
You will demonstrate:
*A minimum of 3 years’ residential conveyancing experience
*Strong technical knowledge across a range of residential property transactions
*Excellent client care and communication skills
*A proactive and organised approach to file management
*Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
*A positive, team-focused attitude aligned with the firm’s collaborative culture
