Working within a collaborative BD & Marketing function, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering business development and marketing strategy across specialist practice areas. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on campaign delivery and offers broad exposure across client development, thought leadership, events, pitches, and market positioning.
You will work closely with partners and senior lawyers, helping identify commercial opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and raise market profile through targeted business development activity.
Key Responsibilities
*Support the development and execution of strategic business development plans.
*Partner with senior stakeholders on client targeting, relationship development, and cross-selling opportunities.
*Lead the delivery of integrated BD and marketing campaigns aligned to commercial priorities.
*Conduct market research and identify opportunities for profile-raising and thought leadership activity.
*Manage the creation and delivery of marketing collateral, client communications, and digital content.
*Coordinate pitches, proposals, directory submissions, and award entries.
*Collaborate with events, digital marketing, and communications teams on campaigns and client engagement initiatives.
*Monitor campaign effectiveness and provide reporting and ROI insights.
*Support lawyers with BD coaching, training, and best practice guidance.
