Our client is looking for a confident and ambitious Business Development Executive to join their growing sales team in Basildon. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 2 years’ sales experience who enjoys a fast-paced environment, thrives on targets, and wants genuine earning potential and progression.
This is a full-time, office-based role within a sociable and high-energy team where success is recognised and rewarded.
The RoleYou’ll be responsible for speaking with businesses, generating new opportunities, and managing relationships throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities include:
*Reaching out to prospective business clients
*Building and managing a pipeline of new opportunities
*Developing strong client relationships
*Understanding customer needs and presenting solutions
*Negotiating and closing deals
*Hitting and exceeding monthly targets
*Keeping CRM systems updated accurately
