Full job descriptionThis is a Paralegal role that will involve supporting the GC with legal duties.
Please note that previous Shipping finance or ship building exposure is a necessity for this role.
*Reviewing agreements
*Drafting legal documents
*NDAs
*Flag registrations
*Documents when changing ownership of vessels
*Contracts
*Archiving, office support
*Employment contracts for UK team
*Needs to be independent and able to work autonomously and independently
*Resilient, able to work in fast paced environment
*Confidence to liaise with senior stakeholders
*Non-marine insurance claims (such as commercial contract disputes)
