Full-Time | Permanent | £34,707 Per Annum
We’re looking for a skilled Multi Trade Operative with a strong joinery background to join our growing team, delivering high-quality repairs and refurbishments across domestic and social housing properties.
The Role
You’ll primarily carry out joinery work, alongside plumbing and plastering tasks, supporting property maintenance, kitchen/bathroom renewals, and general repairs.
Day-to-day duties include:
*Joinery repairs and installations
*Basic plumbing
*Patch and full plastering to a high finish
*General multi-trade maintenance and refurbishment tasks
*Ensuring all work is completed safely and homes are left clean and tidy
What We’re Looking For
*Qualified Joiner/Carpenter (NVQ Level 2 Minimum)
*Experience in multi-trade roles, including plumbing and plastering (Qualifications desirable)
*Ability to work independently and problem-solve on-site
*Strong focus on customer service and quality workmanship
*Full UK driving licence
