Salary: 27k-30k DOE + up to 40% of your salary in commission
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent - Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm


HRGO Recruitment are currently working with a well-established and market-leading business who are looking to add a driven Sales Executive to their growing sales team in Boldon.

The Role:
*Generating qualified appointments for the New Business team
*Speaking with key decision-makers within target organisations
*Qualifying leads and updating CRM systems accurately
*Following up marketing campaigns and inbound enquiries
*Sourcing and pre-qualifying new business opportunities
*Maintaining an organised and up-to-date customer database
*Scheduling meetings effectively for the sales team
*Providing daily, weekly and monthly activity reporting
*Sharing competitor and market insights with the wider business
What We’re Looking For:
*Previous experience within telesales, lead generation or sales
*Confident and professional telephone manner
*Target-driven with a resilient and positive attitude
*Strong listening and questioning skills
*Able to work independently and manage workload effectively
*Organised with strong attention to detail
*Comfortable working within a high-volume sales environment
*Good IT skills including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
