This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who enjoys supporting pupils through the transition into KS2 and building confidence across the curriculum.

What you’ll do as a Year 3 Teacher:
*Deliver engaging and inspiring KS2 lessons
*Support pupils in developing independence and confidence
*Create a positive and structured classroom environment
*Assess progress and adapt lessons to meet pupil needs
*Work collaboratively with staff and parents
What we’re looking for in a Year 3 Teacher:
*QTS / ECTs welcome
*Good KS2 curriculum knowledge
*Strong behaviour management skills
*Positive and proactive attitude
