We’re working with a well-established multi-disciplinary consultancy who are hoping to attract an Associate or Associate Director level Mechanical Engineer with proven Building Services Design delivery experience to join their growing team.
We’re looking for someone who can delivery the projects they currently have in the region, and soon move into a Director level position where they can grow and run their Bristol office. We’re looking for an experienced Engineer who is looking for that next step.
With a West Midlands-based HQ, you’ll be working closely with the team in that location, occasionally visiting the Midlands office to pick up work, updates and to socialize with the team.
About the position
This is a senior technical position within the building services team, where you will take ownership of project delivery from early concept through to detailed design and completion, running schemes in sectors such as commercial developments, mixed-use schemes, residential developments, healthcare facilities, and education buildings, with exposure to both new build and refurbishment work.
This consultancy will be opening a Bristol office, giving you the chance to grow your own team and build out the location as office lead / Director.
What they’re looking for
*Strong background in building services design consultancy
*Experienced leader ideally in a consultancy environment, having held either an Associate or Associate Director position.
*Experience leading projects across multiple stages independently
*Confident client-facing communicator who is keen to develop the business
*A good understanding of the Bristol market
