Job Description:
Full job descriptionA global law firm is hiring a Senior Conflicts Analyst to join its London based Business Acceptance team. This position focuses on conflicts analysis and regulatory compliance across the firm’s international network.
Key Duties
*Support ABA conflicts matters alongside UK Partners and US teams
*Conduct and review conflicts checks
*Prepare waivers, consents, and engagement documentation
*Maintain ethical walls and related records
*Assist with complex conflicts and compliance queries
*Review new client and matter intake submissions
Essential Experience Required
*Degree educated or equivalent experience
*Previous ABA conflicts experience in a legal or professional services setting
*Strong understanding of SRA and ABA regulations
