Are you an Oxford or Cambridge graduate looking to gain high-quality school-based experience before starting teacher training?
A high-performing secondary school in Tower Hamlets is looking for an ambitious Oxbridge Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate who is considering a future career in teaching and wants to build classroom confidence, subject knowledge and pastoral experience before progressing onto a PGCE, Schools Direct or salaried teacher training route.

The RoleAs an Oxbridge Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
*Support pupils across KS3-KS4, with potential exposure to KS5
*Work within a subject-specialist department such as English, Maths, Science, Humanities or MFL
*Support class teachers with lesson delivery, intervention and academic progress
*Work with high-achieving pupils as well as those needing additional support
*Help raise attainment, confidence and aspiration across the school
*Receive ongoing training, mentoring and CPD throughout the academic year
